The Center Studio + Boutique is the premiere yoga studio on the Central Coast, offering the largest variety of classes at the best value. Centrally located downtown San Luis Obispo, our class schedule supports your individual daily goals, whether you are in search of restorative yoga to assist with injury rehabilitation, a physical workout to build strength and flexibility, or relaxation after a stressful day.
