The “Chicken House” is a charming 1920’s era home that has been lovingly and completely restored. Within, there is a new kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven. It has 2 small bedrooms, a living room sofa and 1 bath with tub/shower. Outside there are front and back patios that are lighted. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is super convenient to the center of town along with the famous Thursday night Farmers’ Market as well as the rolling hills of SLO (great for hiking, strolls and biking). The home is a 4-5 block walk to midtown shops, restaurants and bars. There is a small flock of friendly chickens that are kept in a secured coop at the back of the property.
