The San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation will present the award winning bassist and composer Marcus Shelby and his Quintet for a special program titled “Homecoming: Blues and the Pursuit of Freedom” on Saturday November 11 at 7:30 pm at Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church in SLO.
