We will also have a few special guests visiting from our friends at Pacific Wildlife Care.  It will be a perfectly paired afternoon with Tolosa wines and summertime fun!

Bites
Baked potato skewers with mint pistachio pesto, shallot, yogurt, crispy onions, and fried garlic

Salads
Arugula, fresh strawberries, feta, walnuts, mint, pistachio, basil, olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar
Massaged kale, fresh parsley, tarragon, chives, walnuts, pickled shallots, seasonings, olive oil and lemon juice dressing

Dips
Grilled and smoked eggplant dip with tomato and garlic
Mint and shallot infused yogurt topped with caramelized shallots and chili crunch sauce
