Learn to prepare exquisite dishes from California, Chile, the Mediterranean Basin, Australia and South Africa taught by this highly acclaimed, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts trained chef! The evening is topped off by enjoying the meal. Chef Alma Ayón was born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles. After a twenty-year, Emmy award winning career in the television and entertainment industry, Chef Alma pursued her passion for cooking. She enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Hollywood and, after graduating with Honors, sought an internship with Master Chef Michael Cimarusti at his restaurant, Providence on Melrose Ave. From there, she assisted in the opening of LAMILL Coffee Boutique in Silverlake (voted one of the 10 Best Boutique Coffee Shops in the country by Bon Appétit Magazine) and worked for several catering companies including Wolfgang Puck before making the move to Paso Robles in 2012 to create and open the magnificent Sundance Bed and Breakfast.
