Bread Bike Bakery invites the community to join them on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 8pm for fresh pizza, music, amazing sauces, and a good ol’ hang with neighbors and friends.
They run pizza night with the seasons and the sun. Closing down in the winter to focus on holiday work and opening back up with the time change so everyone can gather and celebrate in warmth.
Their pizzas are made with a thin sourdough crust using fresh milled flour from their stone ground mill and topped with organic seasonal veggies from their favorite SLO County farmers as well as the most delicious cheeses they can find.
Each week they make margherita, cheese, pepperoni, and marinara pizzas, plus a changing seasonal vegetarian special using whatever the farmers have that’s best at the moment.
And of course some really good housemade sauces to top it all off.
To put in an order in advance, guests can visit Bread Bike’s online store and select a time slot on Wednesday between 5pm and 8pm.
