Head to Rêves de Moutons and Black Market Cheese Company – Continue the journey with an exclusive tour of Black Market Cheese Co. Farmstead Creamery lead by owner Kristy Bishop. Next, immerse yourself in a Shepherd to Chef Farmstead Tour and Winemaker Dinner. You’ll sit down to a private five-course dinner by Chef Candice Custodio featuring Black Market cheeses paired with artisanal wines from Paso’s Westside with Copia Vineyards’ owner Anita Sahi.
