*Pixie Mandarin with kumquats, heirloom beets, Bermuda triangle, and miners lettuce paired with 2022 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Blanc
*Roast Duck with sliced breast and confit leg, caramelized endive, red onion soubise, huckleberry, and Bellwether Farms Jersey Ricotta Dumpling paired with 2021 Perrin Les Sinards Rouge CDP and 2021 Tablas Creek Cotes de Tablas Rouge
*Tablas Creek Vineyard Lamb with seared chop, roasted saddle, glazed shoulder, chanterelle mushroom agnolotti, fiddlehead ferns, and ramp pesto paired with 2021 Chateau de Beaucastel CDP Rouge and 2021 Tablas Creek Esprit de Tablas Rouge
