Brown Butter Cookie Company

The original Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookie was first introduced at our small specialty food shop in Cayucos. In December 2008, we launched a website and the Brown Butter Cookie Company was born. In the fall of 2013, we opened our first boutique retail shop in downtown Paso Robles. Six years later, in the fall of 2019 we opened our second retail location in charming San Luis Obispo. We continue to make all of our Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookies by hand at our flagship location in Cayucos.
