Baileyana, Tangent & True Myth Tasting Room

Baileyana, Tangent, True Myth, produce a diverse range of wines from their cool-climate, SIP-certified sustainable vineyard in California’s Edna Valley at Paragon Vineyard. Visit the tasting room at the historic Independence Schoolhouse (1909) to enjoy over 30 white and red wine offerings. The shop features gourmet foods and gifts, and outdoor seating offers views across the vines. Two Bocce ball courts are available, and picnics are welcome. Leashed dogs are allowed outdoors. Open daily 10 am to 5 pm (call for holiday hours), reservations required. Last tasting flight at 3:45 pm; last bottle sale at 4:30 pm.
