Granada Hotel and Bistro

Granada’s Hotel & Bistro is the first and only luxury boutique hotel in San Luis Obispo housed within an original 1920’s exposed-brick building. The hotel offers 17 accommodations, a full-service restaurant, spa and the city’s first rooftop lounge. This space has been re-imagined in industrial chic design, serving farm to table dishes inspired by Spanish, Cuban and South American Cuisine.
