Lua’s Catering

Lua’s Catering features an authentic mix of traditional flavors and premium quality ingredients! The Mexican tradition of passing the secret recipes, process and the desire to please our customers down to successive generations was closely followed. Our menu includes of the following: Asada – beef, Al-Pastor – seasoned pork, chicken fajitas with a bell pepper mix, carnitas, halibut fish tacos with a special tartar sauce and coleslaw. Also serving rice and beans, chips, salsa and guacamole. The Lua family is proud to be a part of the Central Coast Community. We didn’t create tacos we just mastered them!
