Booking Policy: We require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. The remaining amount is due on the day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, Guest must notify Owner in writing via email. Any fee(s) paid to date will be refunded as follows: – 30 days notice: 100% full refund – 14 days notice: 50% refund – Less than 14 days notice: forfeit deposit
Disclaimer: The Lofts are located above our brewpub and concert venue, at the heart of downtown. Generally, SLO Brew features music concerts and DJ’s from 9 pm to 2 am, and the SLO downtown entertainment district is open until 2 am. Additionally, the City generally schedules daily maintenance and cleaning for early mornings. Please be aware that the noise from these activities can be loud and disruptive, and are to be expected as part of the downtown urban experience. Sorry, no refunds for noise complaints.
