Continuing our 40th anniversary concert series, the San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation is delighted to present the Sam Hirsh Quartet featuring Ralph Moore on Saturday, May 11 at 7:30 pm at Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church in SLO.
Sam Hirsh has been a highly regarded pianist, composer and educator in Los Angeles for decades, playing with some of the top names in jazz. Ralph Moore is a legendary saxophonist, playing in the bands of Horace Silver, Dizzy Gillespie, Cedar Walton and Freddie Hubbard among many others. The quartet will also include Luca Alemanno on bass and Kevin Kanner on drums.
The show starts at 7:30 (with doors opening at 7:00).
