Activities include the beloved Trick-or-Treat Trail at dozens of downtown businesses, a Costume Contest in Mission Plaza, festive photo opportunities, and “Scary-oke!” (a karaoke contest, but with a spooky twist). This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public!
