Sol Wellness Studio

Sol is an intimate and energetic Pilates, Yoga and Sculpt studio in
the heart of San Luis Obispo, CA. The name ‘Sol’ was born from a love of the essential energy that the sun provides – rising slowly, peaking in its high heat of the day, and melting back into the darkness once again. Each class is designed to mimic this organic flow between intensity and gentleness.
