The Flying Caballos Ranch is located in the rolling hills of Edna Valley, just five minutes from beautiful downtown San Luis Obispo. The 100-acre ranch and turn of the century farmhouse have been restored into a breathtaking vacation rental with four unique and historic homes, accommodating up to 24 guests. The picturesque Central Coast property combines old world artistry with modern amenities and is an entirely new genre of accommodation, offering the luxuries of a hotel stay on a sprawling historic ranch. The entire ranch can be rented as a whole or the homes can be rented individually.
The 1905 farmhouse features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 10-12 guests. The expansive grounds include a fire pit, elevated redwood hot tub, dance floor, overhead bistro lighting, outdoor speakers, lounge furniture, and outdoor restrooms & showers. Next door to the farmhouse, sits the 2-bedroom guesthouse (sleeps 4-6 guests) and cozy cottage studio (sleeps 2-4 guests). Each home has a private fenced yard with incredible views of vineyards in Edna Valley. Further back on the property, sits the Water Tower suite… a tri-level tower offering 360-degree views of Islay Hill and Edna Valley. The first level has a dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom w/ outdoor shower. The second level features a double bed with a ladder leading up to the third level lounge area.
