Rita’s Rainbow’s will be holding their 8th annual holiday artisan fair on December 7th from 10AM-4PM with a new venue, new name, and an updated experience. Formerly known as the “Rainbow of Treasures Gift Fair”, the event has been renamed, “Holiday Barnfest” to celebrate the popular events’ move to the historic Octagon Barn in San Luis Obispo. The event will feature over 30 Central Coast artisan vendors, local food offerings, wine tasting, live music, and Santa. “Holiday Barnfest” is one of the non-profit’s largest events of the year, and admission is free.
With an emphasis on local artisans, “Holiday Barnfest” will feature such vendors as; California Brittle Company, Double Ewe Design Company, Ohma Felt, Ajna Tile, Jana Lynne Creations, and Solshine Jewelry. SLO’s Finest Catering Company and Chipped Wrecked will be on hand with comfort food, Whalebird Kombucha brings their tasty beverages, Deovlet Winery and Paso Port will be providing wine tasting, and local musical favorites, Brass Mash, will be providing live music with a holiday twist. Whiz Kids Toys! will have make ’n take craft for kids and the Jingle Belles make an appearance, too. Proceeds from “Holiday Barnfest” support Rita’s Rainbow’s mission to serve the children of the Central Coast and provide charitable assistance both financially and through programs to benefit children and teens in need.
