Festival Mozaic – Chamber Music with Scott Yoo

Scott Yoo is joined by violist Maurycy Banaszek, cellist Alexander Hersh, and pianist Anna Polonsky for an afternoon of chamber music. Beginning the program are Webern’s Two Pieces, which were his first compositions, completed when he was just 15 years old. Following is Beethoven’s opus three string trio, a piece in six movements inspired by a Mozart string trio written just a few years earlier.  Dvořák’s second piano quartet finishes the program, written at the behest of his publisher.
